Zorba’s is a family owned business dedicated to delivering quality Greek foods to the North American market since 1985. Greek food was gaining popularity when Zorba’s began operating. We started with a small facility on Fraser Street in Vancouver. Zorba’s pita bread was an instant success as well as our phyllo pastries and dips.
Originating from the clear mountain waters of the village of Steni, Greece, where the original village bakery was started, Zorba’s recipes are true to their roots. Using fresh local ingredients such as Okanagan goat yogurt and cheese, Fraser Valley yogurt and cucumbers, and Canadian Prairie grown wheat flour we proudly produce delicious ready-to-eat foods based on our traditional recipes.
Based on our values of “Make it healthy and delicious” and “Perfect for family and friends anytime”, we continue to provide options for all dietary lifestyle needs such as Vegan, Gluten Free, and Lactose Free.
